Once I found this brand I couldnt stop. It is honestly so good! My favorite is the lemon, pina colada and ✨️Seriously obsessed with this yogurt! 🍋🍍🍓 My top picks have got to be the lemon, piña colada, and strawberry cheesecake. I can't get enough of how delicious they are. If you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out. I eat these every single day. So good, so filling and no yucky after taste. ✨️ cheesecake. I eat one kf these everg single day!

DECADENT Lemon Yogurt

LOVE LOVE LOVE these high fiber high protein RATIO yogurts. Great way to get 20g protein (= 3 eggs) and 10 g fiber (1/3 daily requirement to help microbiome). Lemon is decadent and my FAV flavor, but the blueberry and pan colada are really good too. Not sure what is different but I like RATIO's 20g fiber blueberry better than the 25g protein blueberry. Wal-mart please stock these High Fiber yogurts regularly! I have to order from Target as they are never in stock at the stores around me in Peoria/Surprise/SunCity.
