My omelet was the best looking %26 tasting omelet i have ever made. i will take to make this set last by not scratching it with metal utensils. I will be very happy if it continues to perform so well. My only issue was the handle color not matching the same color as the pans they were somewhat off color- so I'm not sure if that is how all the handles come or if it was my shipment-but overall, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Now to put them to use!
