Mainstays 2.5" x 25" Non-Skid Non-Slip Rug Gripper

This does help keep area rugs or mats from slipping, on smooth floors. I use it in the bathroom, which is linoleum. I use it in the kitchen, which is laminate and I've used it on tile. Worked on all 3. Will NOT help with rug on rug.

I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. This stuff is amazing!!! Cleaned the floor first and applied to top and bottom of the rug, running the entire length of the rug. The rug is approximately two and a half feet long and a foot and a half wide. Stepped on it to make sure it stuck good. After five days I vacuumed with my new Shark vacuum which has amazing suction compared to my old vacuum. I though for sure the suction would pull it up. Nope!! I was able to vacuum the entire rug and it stayed attached to the floor. The rug did not budge, not an inch. I was always shaking out my rugs. So glad I do not have to do that anymore. I have vinyl flooring in my kitchen/dining room and rugs in three spots. This kept all three rugs in place even after vacuuming. Give it a try, you will be glad you did.
