Sleep Better in A Few Short Weeks.

Our chiropractor recommended using a therapy lamp to help with sleep problems. Prior to use, my 96 yo mother had been struggling to stay asleep most every night. It took a few weeks of using it for 30 minutes each morning to see gradual improvements. It's been 6 weeks and there is a noticeable difference in her energy level and sleep patterns. There are different settings and a timer which is helpful. It's important not to over use. It's small enough to set up at the breakfast table.

The instructions are very detailed. I appreciate the flexible stand as I'm not using it in the same spot every morning, just have to remember to bend it towards the base and not away or it will tip over. I was thankful mine still worked when that happened to me. There are 3 light settings. And when I did research this light was 10,000 Lux at the distance your face should be. A lot of had 10,000 lux at the light itself, not where your face should be, so this one provides more benefits. The price seems a little high but I'd buy it again.
