Great price, fast shipping. . . . a certain big box home improvement store wouldn't ship and Amazon shipping was over a week. Great Experience

Primed a subwoofer cabinet before spray painting!

I purchased a subwoofer kit to make my own subwoofer. The kit is made of pre-cut MDF panels and was glued together with some reinforcing screws that I added. The problem was: how do I paint MDF? After lots of research, I decided to simply spray paint it. However, because MDF is so porous, I knew I would need some heavy primer coats so the spray paint would adhere to it OK. I have used this Universal Bonding Primer before and was really impressed! I purchased it again for this project and sprayed the subwoofer with two primer coats. I then sprayed it with two coats of flat black. The primer did its job and the black paint adhered perfectly and it looks very good. I am very pleased with this Universal Bonding Primer and will likely use it again in the future.
