not waterproof

the boots fit good, but it says they are waterproof. my kid has been wearing them since the beginning of Dec and she went to put them on today and the inside soles are wet. we have not been out of the house for 2 days. They do not have any holes that i can see. They also make her feet smell. probably due to being wet inside. I dont think i would recommend. they do pull on, no zipper.
