Inexpensive but still disappointed.

It is described as manufactered wood in a natural matte tone, also indicated in pics. However, it is a particle board with a shiny laminate coating, not a veneer. Very cheap looking. Despite reservations due to the price, the details ensured a discounted producted that matched the description and the illustrations. It did not. Difficult assembly with approx. 20 parts, not including hardware, legs, etc. Also, the description fails to mention that the top is in 3, non-equal, sections that fails to give to continous or congruent appearance. It should be noted, that it appears as if it would be sturdy enough to support a tv
