Sturdy, doesn't pull out. Way better than the L bend jewelry that pulls out super easy. A little tricky to get it in but a YouTube video should help. I got the one that is gold on the jewel but a silvery post and you can't tell from the outside- all you see is the jewel and it's gold holding.

Very impressed with the quality and versitility of the jewelry I received. Not only was there 2 beautiful diamond-like tops, but there were 4 flat-back studs, 2 6mm and 2 8mm, which worked out perfectly because I used 1 8mm for my monroe piercing and 1 6mm for my left ear top cartilage piercing. On top of all that there was a guide needle and rubbing alcohol pad included and everything was packaged separately but all together in a nice white leather pouch to keep it all safely inside of. I'm very grateful for the consumer consideration.
