These are surprisingly comfortable; so much so, that I bought a second package. I agree with another reviewer that the fabric is a bit like the top part of panty hose, or a nylon bathing suit, but I don't think they feel plasticky at all. They have great stretch and don't cling or bind or cause you to perspire. Like I said, they're surprisingly comfortable, and I recommend them.

True to size, I love these, this is the 2nd pack I bought, who can have enough panties right? Anyway, they are soft, and the top part is just as soft and stretchy. I hate when the rim or top of them have a heavy band on it, this one doesn't, so it doesn't have to be adjusted constantly.
