Weak chain during use

There is only one pocket, which is frustrating when you'd like to organize the items in the bag but can't. Also, the zipper is short, doesn't run the length of the purse. And worst of all, the chain is made of plastic and often breaks while being used. The plastic chain has weak points in each link and during regular wear, just falls apart
