MITONOS Wall Mounted Folding Squat Rack,Power Rack with Dual Independent Pulley System, 5 Adjustable Modes, Functional Trainer for Space Saving Home Gym

I am very happy with this purchase. The rack just barely fit with my low basement ceilings, so I won't be doing any pull-ups on it. When I am not using it, I like that I can fold it flat against the wall, which works out perfectly with my already cramped basement. This rack actually replaced two other pieces of equipment, which created more room. It's my squatting rack, bench press, shoulder press, and the exercises I can do with the cables are endless. You do have to make sure to use the same amount of weight on both sides while using the cables because there are no bearings. It came with a landmine attachment. I had never used one because I didn't think I would like it. After trying it out, it's my new favorite exercise.
