I can be warm even on the 1st of 6 heat settings, which has never happened before. It's so soft on both sides,the pockets and hood are wonderful. It would be great if you redesign the cord and plug its very stiff and bulky not to mention the placement if a bit uncomfortable at times. Also if it was longer in the back too and that would be so wonderful.
