Finding exactly what you want by searching store shelves for a frame can be frustrating. ArtToFrames takes all the hassle out of the process. I have bought 6 frames each of which were exactly what I had been looking for. I am very happy with my experience.

It has been very challenging to work with this company. The item is high quality and looks nice, but took over two months to arrive. Also, I never received an order confirmation when I submitted my order, I checked my spam folder regularly, and nothing ever came. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and at least had a payment receipt. Over the intervening 2 months I contacted the company via email on at least 3 occasions to check in on my order or at least get an order number with no response. My item finally arrived but it was the wrong size. I have been trying to deal with customer service for over a week now and it has been frustrating. A lot of emails back and forth where I need to repeat myself and a lack of understanding of the basic issue which is that they have the wrong measurements for what I submitted and there is seemingly no way to resolve this. Very frustrating.
