Metabo HPT 36V Lithium Ion 21700 Battery, 4Ah, 381991M

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received metabo HPT new battery to review which is completely awesome cuz I was about to pull the trigger and buy it. It's the same size and shape of their previous 8 amp hour battery but it doesn't get hot when you run a heavy power tool or when you charge it. I tested the five amp hour battery the 8 amp hour battery and the new t power battery. The 8 amp hour battery ripped through a 2x12 faster than the 5 amp hour battery the new t power battery ran faster with a power pump then the old 8 amp hour battery. Can't wait to try it out on some old oak floors but the houses in my area are still wet from the hurricane and can't work at this time. I will post an update when I rip up some wood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited when I heard that Metabo HPT was going to release a Tabless cell battery pack. This battery really wakes up the already powerfull 36V Rear Handle saw. If you pair this battery with the new 12 Amp charger it charges faster and cooler. They kept the same chassis as the mV 4.0/8.0, so whatever fits that battery this one also fits. Overall worth the upgrade!
