Good company bad supplier not there fault

OK, as far as the company itself, they are very good company. I had an issue with the fitting of a few pair of boxers . They gave me a full refund. I would've been very happy with a partial refund, but I reached out and they fix the situation immediately the refund was in my account before I was even made aware of a refund, so that was a plus and the fact that the few pair of boxers that did not fit I really believe it was on the supplier where they get supplies from more than it was on the company itself. They reached out and told me they were just like three women in the start of business. They're doing a good job. The issue was I would really say on a supplier. I know they're not making those stuff itself overall pretty good company just they got a bad shipment

I read one of the reviews that talked about them not being true to their size rating. And one of the reviews mentioned he had actually spoken to the folks running the company and they were having trouble with some of the materials they were getting, but it was good feedback for them. I have to have triple X and if you shop on this website you'll find that it's hard to find any traditional boxers in that size. Where the previous commenters complained about them being a size or two too small, I'd say they've got that worked out. They're nice and comfortable And I've recently lost 10 pounds so they're almost a little loos.e Great value for the money, I only complaint would be the selection of colors leaves a little bit to be desired. But hey, it's underwear so not that big of a deal to me as an older man.
