The dolly arrived in a cardboard box with no padding, only a plastic bag. the box was damaged, but the dolly appeared undamaged. the item itself is very well built and unfolds easily. it can carry many stacked boxed items. It weighs about 20 pounds, is made mostly of aluminum with plastic connecting joints. the handle and the bottom plate are steel. I have only used it once so far, but I am impressed with the quality and ease of use.

Very well engineered much stronger than it looks and doesn’t have free play in it like most of them do out there it’s solid. It really folds up intelligently and it stays away in a minimal space and it’s not overly heavy like some of these steel units are, however, it still made of steel very durable. I’ve been through four different ones including the Costco one Franklin and even Milwaukee and I think this is the best overall one that I’ve tried.
