I bought this stuffed otter for a gift. I was quite disappointed when it arrived. It was not as cute as the picture. Nor was it very cuddly. I was so disappointed that I decided not to give it for a gift. I called the number on my order about returning it. I got no personal response despite calling many, many times. I got a recording every time telling me to call back later. I got fed up. I donated it to a charity.
