[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable blanket. It has a heated element but it can be taken off. I think it is unique to other heated blankets. It can either be used as a regular blanket (with no plug to carry around) or a heated blanket by plugging in the adapter to the blanket and plug it in. Awesome blanket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Beautyrest heated throw ! It was super easy to use right out of the package I just had to plug it up, put it on and turn it on. The low setting is exactly what I would think of when I think of a low setting of heat... Just enough to warm you up without getting hot. The medium setting is the one I use most often, it is noticeably warm and keeps my cold feet toasty. I have used it every night when I'm getting ready for bed to help warm me up and get me sleepy. The high setting is pretty warm but not overly so. I do tend to run warm and I did get hot with that on the high setting. It is incredibly soft and so versatile with each side having a different color and pattern. Mine is brown on one side and a dark brown and tan stripe animal pattern on the other. It fits into the decor so well. It automatically turns itself off after a period of time, I think 2 hours. I am an obese person and it is definitely big enough to cover all of me and part of my husband when he's beside me. It is a perfect all-around All purpose heated throw!
