Pros: weight limit; adjustable seat and back rest; overall height when flat. Cons: leg attachment isn't sturdy; padding is extremely stiff; the adjustment lever has slight movement when locked in place and doing sit-ups. Overall, great budget buy for those wanting a heavy duty bench at home. I routinely lift over 300 pounds, so I needed a bench that could accommodate that, plus my 180-pound frame. I also wanted to be able to do decline sit-ups, but needed one with a low overall height when flat, and this bench checked all of the blocks. I don't recommend using the leg attachment where the seat base is; the adjustment lever will make loud clicking sounds as you go up and down. I'd recommend using it on the other end of the bench since it accommodates the leg attachment as well. Additionally, you don't have to worry about ruining the pad cover, as the backrest is a single piece (I noticed I was damaging the seat padding when doing sit-ups on the seat end).
