Shelves

There were parts missing the connecting shelves. There were 8 squares missing to complete assembling the product. The square in the second picture are the ones that are missing. There should be 8 more included. I called and spoke to someone and they said that they would have someone call me. They have not. So, could you please send the missing parts? The bookshelf is fine. But I need the missing parts so that I can put the shelves together.
