fantastic upgrade

my first thought was : why does something like this require assembly? assembly took moments and i was using it almost immediately. i purchased a thigh master more than 10 year ago and i was still using it. i have the old style pictured with this one. the difference is night and day. this one can be adjusted to the workout you want. the counter is great for keeping track of how much you have done and the paddles are comfortable. the added jump rope is nice. the old style thigh master is basically indestructible so if you have one you might not even realize it but you do need this upgrade.

Magnificent gym!

I'm genuinely shocked at this contraption. I got it thinking I won't have much to lose you know, we're in a bad area and can't get out so the worst that can happen is nothing. But this is genuinely a good little personal gym! It has shocking tension, it's of an appropriate size for adults or even children to use (under supervision and for their arms, of course), and it's easy to operate! The tension is easy to manage, you twist the large red knob in the center, and it goes from basically none to difficult. I anticipate using this several times a day, and I'm so glad I ordered it!
