I love this cookware (healthier)

I am a convert from toxic cookware to borosilicate (lab) glass, which can take temperature changes better (and is the cleanest/safest way to prepare food). These are beautiful glass pots, but be careful that nothing of any substantial weight falls on the handles. Just broke the handles of my newest cookware edition; guess I should have treated it like China(ware). I enjoy viewing what is cooking/boiling so that nothing is under/over-cooked.
