Cant fault this set!

This set is so beautiful. It looks stunning on display in my hallway and doesn't look ‘kiddy'. The set is good value for money and has a good price per piece ratio. I would recommend this set for builders aged 13+ as some parts can be tricky/repetitive, such as lining up the correct wooden planks on the exterior. However, I personally didn't struggle with any part of the build, but I have built alot of LEGO in my lifetime,so that may be in part with learning tricks and tips along the way from building other sets! In short, do get this set if youre into the modular type builds and the 18+ sets. Lots of great details and decoration and good value!

Perfect Set After Small Upgrades

This is a beautiful set with a lot of detail inside and out. I changed two things. I ordered a few pieces and doubled up on how many branches and leaves there were. I also played with the angle of the branches to make it more full. I am happy with the look up close and far away now. I also lifted up some of the tiles on the roof to give it texture but had to do this during the building phase as it's difficult to modify after the fact.
