Great vacuum

I purchased the Stratos about 3 weeks ago used just 1 week ago and compared it against my Kirby and my dyson animal 2! Well now the Stratos is my favorite, the no tangle feature is awesome and the lift away and the tools are easy to use. Love my new vacuum compared to the other 2 vacs that I have. I am putting my other 2 on my garage sale finally. This replaces the others totally and does a better job on hard floors and also easier for under my furniture and carpeted stairs! I have two cats one a persian and I also have a English bulldog and they all shed. Plus my mom and wife both have long hair so no more tangled brushes to clean!

Great Features and extra tools

I would have given it four stars because it is a bit large/heavy (I am 5'2") BUT I also have cats and this thing really does a great job and I love all the extra attachments. Plus all the buttons, etc., are well labeled. Another thing that surprised me was the small floor steamer. It came as a bonus but it seemed pretty small and simple. What a surprise! You just put the water in the reservoir, give it a minute to heat up and this thing cleans without any chemicals, just the steam! It was so easy to use that it did not require an instruction sheet!

Crazy suction!

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I was concerned I might being spending too much money for a vacuum that wasn't going to be worth it. Well, let me tell you; it was worth every penny spent. I have 7 Siberian Huskies and we have is lots of hair everywhere. This machine can handle all that hair. I also love all the custom attachments. The Huskies ride in my Jeep so it is full of hair. Husky hair has a small hook on one end which makes the hair anchor and hold onto fabrics. One attachment I used got 96% of the hair outta' my Jeep. Unbelievable! I am so very pleased. There also was a useful attachment for dusting furniture. It's efficient and saves time. Thank you Shark for making a vacuum with outstanding suctionpower. I look forward to vacuuming now. Love your product!!
