Packaging not great

The bed frame itself is fine, however a piece of foam and the instructions stuck on the child rail and I can't seem to clean the residue off.

Request for Replacement, terrible customer service

The ink from the assembly instructions transferred onto the bed parts and won't come off. The bed arrived damaged/stained. Please provide a replacement.

Do not buy

Please do not buy this item. The item is missing guide hole to connect the queen and twin bed. I even got replacement twice and none of them had the guide hole to connect.
