Love my new Zacme

I use freshly milled flour and make all my bread products, baked goods, etc. I needed a powerful mixer to be able to handle this type of dough. This Zacme has been excellent! It kneads the freshly milled flour with no problem and gets to windowpane in about 7-9 minutes. I love the fact that everything is stainless steel and there's no plastic. It does small batches just as well as large batches. I look forward to using this mixer for many years to help me with all my baking endeavors. I highly recommend it!

Powerhouse mixer!

The Zacme mixer is a powerhouse!! While it is similar to the KitchenAid mixer in design, the upgrades it offers are so much better!! The mixer has a fan that helps prevent the motor from overheating. It also has a light that makes it much easier to see how foods are mixing in the bowl. I make a lot of things with fresh milled flour, and this mixer mixes it as if it is nothing whereas mixing smaller recipes overheated my bowl-lift KitchenAid mixer. If you need to mix bread dough or very stiff batters, I highly recommend this mixer. The only drawback that I can think of is that I wish it came with a flex-edge beater to scrape the bowl as it mixes.
