Much smaller than the size chart showed!

It looked nice. However, it was thinner than I expected it to be. The thing that forced me to return it was the size. It was WAY OFF! I measured to make sure the size was correct and that it would fit me. I wear a 2XL normally. It was a 3XL and using a tape measure I double checked to make sure it would fit according to the size chart before I ordered it. BUT when it arrived, it felt almost TWO SIZES too small!
