ve been battling chronic dry eye for years, especially noticeable during the night. After trying numerous over-the-counter solutions, Systane® Gel Drops have provided the most significant relief. The gel consistency ensures prolonged moisture retention, making it ideal for overnight use. I apply one drop in each eye before bedtime, and by morning, the discomfort and dryness are substantially reduced. While the gel can cause slight blurriness immediately after application, this dissipates quickly and is a small trade-off for the comfort it delivers. Highly recommend for anyone seeking long-lasting dry eye relief.

I use systane products during the day (ultra PF dry eye single use vials) and in the case of this particular product the gel drops at night. The gel drops are easy to use and soothing. I am able to sleep through the night without having to wake and reapply during my sleep. My only two comments, and these are not issues, is that I would love for the gel drops to be available in individual dropper vials, as is the case with the day time drops. It would also be great to have the gel drops come in a preservative free solution. But, as noted, Systane drops have provided me with much needed relief, are easy to use and they are very soothing.
