Gray Gounod bilateral simple, effective knee support for all levels of activity and ages.. You get 1 pair of patellar knee support aides and 2 extra Velcro straps for extensions or future replacement straps. Strong Points: Easy to use, just make sure notch goes below knee cap (many “how to apply, wear” videos available on internet). Lightweight, flexible silicone. Not bulky. Universal, fits either right or left knee. Adjustable soft non scratching Velcro straps. Can be worn directly on skin. Non slip if tightness is adjusted correctly. Washable by hand. Plastic clips on each side of silicone protect and provide stability. Con: Large fluctuations in cost for what appears to be same Gounod products. And I think I got a fluke, out of the 4 black clips one will not stay clipped closed. Will super glue as that will not affect function. Tip: when hand washing straps roll in dry towel to remove excess water, cuts drying time.

Releaves pain without medicine for me.

If you are having knee issues to the front and inside of the knee, try these. I'm older now and some of the neglect to my knees I caused years ago were catching up to me. These support bands have eliminated the sharp pain when I walked and twisted during daily activities. I still know I'm not in my twenties but these have helped me cope with my issues without medication. Try them , if they don't work for you, give them to someone you know having knee issues. I know they made my days much better.

These were great for my mother in law! She gets bad pain in her legs and I ordered these for her, and she said they gave her support and some relief . They also came with two sized Velcro straps to be able to adjust for someone who is on the smaller side or bigger side which I thought was cool.
