I have been running for 15 years and stopped drinking sport drinks and replace it with a grape cranberry 100% juice mixed with water however I found that in the Texas heat i would feel slightly dizzy and light headed after I stopped running during my cool down laps. I did the research and tried the raw package. It was 77 degrees this morning at 530am and 100% humidity. I drank 1/3 of the product pre run and 2/3 after the run during my cool down and absolutely no dizziness. I was so pleased with this. I plan on using this product for all my runs from now on.
