I have wood floors in the kitchen and this rug is perfect for in front of the sink. IT has the same softness, as the larger runner. The rubber backing keeps them from sliding because that area is a high traffic area in my house. The rug matches the wood floors perfectly. The prices are very reasonable for such plush rugs.

As Expected / Nice rug

Ordering a rug online can be iffy. This rug exceeds my expectations. The rug is thick but you can still set it in front of a door and open the door over the rug. The rug is no slip and well behaved. I was surprised how soft it felt, like there is a little bit of padding without making it bulky. The edging is nice and tight. I like to vacuum my rugs and when the borders are tight they won't wear out or fray. The corners do not curl. The rug is as pictured. I ordered the pink and it looks exactly like the picture. I'm pleased and think you will be too.
