Very comfy! Better than expected. I always have worn stretchy bralettes for sleeping. I didn't realize these had foam support shields and normally I would just remove them, but I decided to try with the foam supports and they are wonderful. I am 62 and the girls are not perky as they used to be. These provide a nice comfortable support that enable me to relax. Also, sometimes bralettes such as this can feel itchy. These do not at all. I really appreciate that!

I am not big busted, I got the X X Large and they fit good when I looked at them at first I knew I was going to send them back, but tried one on I couldn't believe how comfortable and soft they were, so I would say go up 1 size from your normal size, or if you're big busted go up 2 sizes it's a good amount of stretch to them.....give them a try I need to order another set
