Can't really give it a true rating on quality. She has only worn it once so not sure how well it will hold up. BUT it kept her warm and dry. Made her come in because she was sweating from how warm she was with hat, scarf and gloves on. She was dry and I love how the arm and leg bands are tight but not cutting off. Snow didn't get down in boots or up the sleeves. I love the bright color. Was easy to see where she was at all times.
