I used to need really heavy duty underwire bras. then I had a mastectomy for very early stage cancer that had already been irradiated and they couldn't do it again. then they reduced the other breasts to match and even though I have a size d, I now have an internal bra so I no longer need the underwire. however I picked up a nasty allergic reaction to the dye they used on certain parts and so any elastic or anything that touches under the breast is very uncomfortable. this is absolutely lightweight and is definitely better than pasties :-)

The only thing I dis-liked was I need to tack down pads in bro otherwise the fold over in boob holder
