Buyer Beware They Will Send You The Wrong Size

I ordered a 38 and they sent me a 36. Typical low quality that you see from Walmart.com more and more these days. I swear it seems like my orders are never right. I would wager that they did not have a 38 so they just tossed me a useless 36. Now I'm faced with doing a return or just accept the fact I've been burned.
