yeah I buy this cereal all the time. not just for cereal but mainly I put it in as a snack mixed with the great value Cheerios. My granddaughters love it and take it with me everywhere as a snack to work and everything. so I would definitely suggest this it's good if you want to do this zero but it's great for a snack.
