Warranty excluded: damage from improper used, error operation, or self-disassemblly of the watch; damage caused by an accident, like collisions, drops, crushing; damage from exposure to chemicals (e.g.,corrosive liquids,cleaners), high temperatures, or high humidity; normal wear and tear, such as minor damage on watch band and minor scratches on the glass lens caused by daily used. The watch is well built and definitely worth the price. The two things that don't make sense are 1-the date window is real small and so why have it? 2nd-the hour hand is not colored orange like the minute hand making it a little difficult to see also. Other than that I like it just fine and neither of those two things relegate the watch down to 4 stars. Great buy period!
