It's really soft and easy to clean. I love the fact that it's waterproof because occasionally my dog like to pee on his bed and instead of it going inside to the stuffing the pee sits on top of the bed making it easy to do spot cleaning. I break it down to put it in the washer weekly and it hasn't lost shape or anything. No need to wash the padding because nothing gets through to it. Much better than the other one he had where I had to was the top part and the padding.

Shipping was fast and packaged well. Needed to unfurl the foam for a few minutes to its normal size, removable cover zipped easily, the headrest around the edge is well stuffed. Looks good in any room. Bought 42x30 for a 50lbs dog, dog seems to like it.
