Don't buy the Protection Plan

The Bike has been great speed is good, comfortable seat. Easy to Charge. Got our first flat and look forward to getting it back on the road. SAVE YOURSELF THE money with the protection plan. I purchased it thinking tires were part of the "mechanical issues" it's not. Allstate Refused to help initially kept referring me to my 1 year Manufacturer Warranty, so the 3 yr plan was marketed too ambitiously bc it's more of a 2 yr plan, and the refund process is paper mailed vs the digital payments they receive. Besides that horrible ordeal, the Bike has been a great purchase, 10/10.
