No doubt results will vary from one person to another, mine were very good, especially considering the low cost. I am approching 84 years of age %26 my hearing is significantly better. There are surely better devices, but frankly I cant afford more cost. I'm at 5 stars, not to signal perfection; but as a measure of the "bargain." At first I planned on a lower rating %26 complaints about it falling out of my ear. The pkg included several sizes of latex cover for the ear entry %26 the 2nd try obviously fit my ear better %26 solved the problem!

good for mild to moderate hearing loss

it would be a 5 but it lacks power for my severe loss. i understood that but wanted a.backup for my $4000 Oticons. they work well enough that i can use them for TV or talking to my wife. for the price they sound almost the same as the Oticon.
