I was also able to wear it to the gym and I had no problems with moving around in the shirt. The White is a perfect color for putting together a simple fit , But if keeping things stain-free isnt your cup of tea then I suggest you dont go with this all white t-shirt. To say the least Overall this is a great pick for daily wearing.
