Pantene Abundant & Strong Shampoo, Strengthens Scalp's Hold on Hair Roots, 13.5 oz

I've only used it twice so far, but I have ended up loving it! I highly recommend this based off the smell alone. My hair has been falling out due to depression, my medication, dehydration, you name it—plus I have two kids %26 my hair never really bounced back after my newly turned 4 year old was born. Idk how I'm not bald, but I still somehow have extremely long hair. It's not thick, it's not thin, it's in the middle. I'll update and/or post photos after I've used this more, or at least for a longer time period. I'm looking for anything to help prevent the globs of hair falling out every where I go (to the point where I've just quit going places because I feel so self conscious). I'm just praying this works because the other options I've tried are far too expensive and none of them have worked. Sometimes the best option isn't always the most expensive —I promise you that. %26 good luck to any other people out there reading this who may be going through the same thing. I promise darkness always comes to light, and it will get better in time. Keep reminding yourself of that and eventually your brain will believe it on its own and will communicate it to the rest of your body. Rewiring your brain isn't easy, but it's much easier than people talk about, and it's worth it. Big pharm would never tell you that. Lastly, if you take meds for adhd…there's a 99% chance that's either causing the hair loss, and/or a huge factor in it. What it does to your organs and your insides — is like salt to a snail…that's the best way I know how to put it. I just recently learned that, after years of my dr trying everything else?..it took my dentist telling me when he noticed an issue with my teeth. I asked my doctor about it, and he finally told me “yeah, it's probably your medicine.” So basically 3 years later he let me know something that he knew for years. I apologize for getting off subject. I just can't stress enough that what goes into our bodies affects us more than we realize, and if I can help even one person wake up the way my dentist helped me, then the novel is worth it. Just the shampoo review in short: *This shampoo is safe for colored hair. It's great for dry hair and dry ends. I don't personally have dreadlocks (purposefully), but my hair mattes together sometimes and this shampoo does wonderful at making my hair feel nice and clean after wearing an overnight hair mask (for de-matting my hair lol).

I like this shampoo a lot. I can already notice I have less hair fall in the shower. The scent is nice and refreshing and the shampoo lathers really well. I only need to use a little bit to get lots of suds.
