It does everything it says it does!

So, I purchased this to keep one .5 GLP-1 vial cold from fridge to fridge over a short flight, and it worked perfectly for that. The ice pack is ample and bulky, leaving JUST enough room for the needle and pad… but note the size of the vial I mentioned. This thing is clearly made for much larger vials in mind and I had to stuff it with bubble wrap just to ensure the vial wouldn't rattle and slide around or break if something landed on the unpadded top. So yeah, not totally ideal for all GLP-1 travelers in all circumstances, but if you stay aware and know that the vials shown in the item picture are DEFINITELY MUCH LARGER THAN THE ONE I PUT IN THERE (which is the only demerit I could think to give it) then it's near-perfect last minute kit that arrives super fast for a day trip at this price point. Just know that if you need something like this, and you know if you do or not already, then it's a firm recommendation!
