JUFU Set of 6 Gray Faux Leather Dining Chairs with Gold Legs, Modern High Back Armless Chairs for Kitchen or Dining Room

I did not receive the entire order of four chairs. Only received the legs. But what I want to share is the outstanding customer service I received from the seller. Walmart was exceptionally responsive as well. I immediately entered the chat to advise that I had only received the legs. The agent, I believe her name was Katrina, was excellent. She immediately handled the situation. She took care of the return from her end and sent me an email with a QR code to take to the Walmart store. Obviously, there was some confusion at store as all I was returning was chair legs because I had not received the seats. However, the customer service representative talked to her lead who told her to just process the return, and it would be handled in the marketplace. About 2 days later I received a text from the seller. Again, amazing customer service!! After explaining the situation, the representative quickly looked into it. Although their logistics recorded the delivery as being made, the agent authorized a refund in the full amount to my account. The representative, who's store name is JUFU.1, was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would definitely order from this seller again! Kudos to Walmart for working with such a responsible seller!
