Love this product. The variable speeds are great. I even use the eye protector speed against my nostril sinus to help alleviate some allergy symptoms. Works great as I'm washing my face like a dual apparatus. I've been using it for two months now twice a day and just now the battery indicator lit up red. Make sure you don't misplaced your charger. It's the only type that works for this unit. It fully charged very quickly. Someone complained about not rotating, but the picture obviously shows that it is stationary and doesn't have a rotating head, which I'm OK with. This worked out fantastic and I'm glad I kept it for myself and didn't put it in my granddaughter‘s stocking like planned.
