Great rack for the price. Instructions were good but need to tell you to make sure the hole for the hooks go to the outside. Just be mindful when putting together. Worked out on this for 4 weeks now and love it. Strong enough for what I lift. I did relocate the weight holders to the front because I wanted to bench on the inside of the rack due my limited space as you can see. Pully system is smooth and I have had no issue. All the bolts, nuts, and washers are organized in steps which is so helpful. Don't hesitate to buy.

The product has been received and is in good condition. This power frame allows me to complete full body training at home. The adjustable steel cable crossing system covers pushing, pulling, flying, and other movements, paired with a double bar arm flexion and extension frame and a pull up pole, unlocking the chest, back, and leg cores in one machine. The high carbon steel frame is as stable as a rock, with a load-bearing capacity of 1600 pounds, allowing me to confidently impact heavy loads. The thoughtful design of dumbbell hooks and barbell brackets ensures that equipment is stored in an orderly manner.
