I love the fact that it is a powder. I bought it to send it oversea to complement my 82 years old mom's diet in a country where there is a scarcity of food and medicine, Venezuela. Her doctor recommended it to her to give her extra vitamins. I wish it would be less expensive buying in bulk since I have to pay international shipping. But for now it works!
