My new fav furniture, I love it!!

I'm not the best at explaining, but here's my experience, and do apologize as its a tad long. When I first ordered, it only showed one package, which of course worried me, though listing photos showed two boxes. I messaged the seller, and they quickly sent me the second tracking number and apologized. I'd seen other reviews mention this, so it seems common, they'll send the second tracking if you ask. I was a bit nervous buying from a 3rd party seller, but their reviews/photos finally convinced me, and def glad I did. The seller was amazing! Very communicative, fast shipping, and even followed up after delivery to be sure everything arrived safely. Both boxes came together via FedEx. The packaging was def thought ahead, they added thin cardboard under the openings to prevent cutting the fabric. Assembly was easy, especially after watching their video (highly recommend!). As i would have put one piece on incorrectly. I even cut the provided L-shaped Allen key to fit my drill, which made assembly super quick instead of by hand, took around 30 minutes total. Def recommend doing this unless you already have an allen head bit to fit the provided hex screws. Once built, the lounger looked perfect and was soooo silky soft and expanded immediately after opening. The color was perfect! I fluffed the pillows up again by hand the next day. Its the perfect amount of firm too! It's amazing for naps in my office on my breaks/lunch (I'm 5'4” and fit comfortably). Def measure where yoou want it because this is a big lounger. I plan to add new throw pillows to go with the grey and recommend large pillows or wedge pillow for more back support if needed since the backrest is a bit low, it personally doesnt bother me though as im laying/leaning against the front pillows. Overall, the quality, comfort, and customer service make the price very resonable. The removable cup holders are a nice touch too. I looked over sooo many different chaise loungers for weeks, such as the full foams one, fold out one etc but I kept coming back to this one since it has foam, springs, wood for better support over time and photos/reviews that were trustworthy. Highly highly recommend!!!

Best Chaise.

Oh so comfortable. It is the softest fabric. Love it. So glad that I finally made the purchase. Easy to assemble, took me about an hour to hour and half. Only downfall is the back does not have a back cushion just the pillows, but it is still a wonderful chaise, and well made for the money. It does come in 2 heavy boxes, so be prepared for that. Enjoy!
