The rack is sturdier than I expected, especially with 4 shelves. I had read other reviews so I knew this rack was not as big as the pictures, and I was ok with that. It fits about 3 pairs of adult shoes on each shelf. Assembly was very easy in concept, but the Allen wrench was very hard to turn. I doubt there is anything the manufacturer could do to help with that issue, though. Would definitely recommend!

The shelves are well made out of bamboo. For an adult man you will only get 3 x pairs of shoes/boots per shelf. I bought 3 units %26 stacked them vertically with brackets. Then attached them to my closet wall with L brackets - very sturdy. Looks really good
