So far so good had some issues with logistics but the seller rectified that within 48 hrs. The bike came partially assembled you have to put on the front tire and handlebars but that was easy enough. Definitely a 2 Person team lift if you have any stairs you are trying to get the box up. Battery is pretty good have not completely drained it but I've definitely put it to the tes. Read the user manual and you'll get some good night's of wisdom to extend you possible range as there are a lot of factors at play.

The seller is very supportive about few complaints we had and the customer service is great so far. The torque is good. The bike comes with pedal-assist that saves battery life as well.

Great bike at a great price!

This bike is great looking, sturdy, fast and comes with a lot of accessories like bell, speedometer, lights, air pump, etc. it also has a kickstand already, which I was surprised at how many other brands didn't even include that! It was very well packaged and arrived fast without damage. It had very little to assemble. It took longer getting it out of the box and removing all the padding to protect it. I'm thrilled and would definitely recommend and buy again.
